FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Medium
Approx. 6.3 in. (16 cm) circumference (unstretched) and 6 in. (16 cm) long.
Large
Approx. 6.7 in. (17 cm) circumference (unstretched) and 6.5 in. (16.5 cm) long.

Needles
2.5 mm for size medium
3.5-4.5 mm (US 4 to 7) for size large, or size to get gauge.
Double point or circular needles as required by your preferred method to work in the round.

GAUGE
In two-colour stranded knitting over snowflake pattern (unblocked):
Medium 16.5 stitches and 16 rows to 2 inches/5 cm square using 2.5 mm needle for size medium.
Large 15.5 stitches and 17 rows to 2 inches/5 cm square using 2.75 mm needle for size large.
