What is your shipping policy for delicate yarns and fabrics?
We ship worldwide using moisture-proof packaging to ensure your fibers arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we accept returns on unused yarn in its original skein or ball form within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound.
Do you offer dye-lot matching for large projects?
Absolutely. When you order multiple skeins of the same color, our team manually verifies that they all come from the same dye lot to ensure color consistency across your project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Are your products ethically sourced?
We prioritize working with suppliers who practice sustainable farming and ethical treatment of animals. Many of our wools are RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certified.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has reached our shipping department, we are unable to make further modifications.
