I got the idea for these socks from the blue seas of Barcelona. They are knit with mohair and sock yarn held together, making them so soft and warm — like fine sand on the beach

0–6 mos (6–12 mos, 1–2 yrs, 2–5 yrs) (5–7 yrs, 7+ yrs)

Foot Circumference: 4.25 (5, 5.5, 6.25) (6.75, 7.5)" / 11 (13, 14, 16) (17, 17) cm

Leg Height: 5 (6.5, 7.5, 8.5) (9.5, 10.5)" / 13 (16, 19, 21) (24, 26) cm

Foot Length: 3.5 (4, 5, 6) (7, 8)" / 9 (11, 12, 15) (18, 20) cm

 

Yarn

Yarn A: 1 skein of Sock Yarn by Isager (40% easy wash alpaca, 40% easy wash merino, 20% recycled nylon, 419 yds / 384 m – 100 g), colourway 22

Yarn B: 1 ball of Silk Mohair by Isager (75% kid mohair, 25% silk, 232 yds / 212 m – 25 g), colourway 22

 

Both yarns are held together throughout the pattern

 

Needles (NOT IN KIT): US 1.5 / 2.5 mm set of DPNs and US 2 / 2.75 mm set of DPNs
